| Price | Monthly plans (all tax included) ・Light: ¥3,690/month (up to 30 menu items) ・Base: ¥9,600/month (up to 80 menu items) ・Enterprise: custom quote (unlimited menu items) Setup fee: ¥39,800 (includes initial setup and menu-import support) * The first 100 Launch Partner restaurants receive free setup + 3 months free. * Contracts renew automatically on a monthly basis. * If you wish to have table QR signs (your own restaurant QR) created and mailed, a separate at-cost charge applies (from ¥5,000 for 5 signs). * Depending on the scope of service and contract terms, we may propose a different plan. |
| Costs Other Than the Product Price | Communication fees for internet access and the like are borne by the User. |
| Timing and Method of Payment | The timing and method of payment are determined separately in the individual contract or at the time of application. |
| Timing of Service Provision | We begin providing the Service promptly after the adoption procedure and initial setup are complete. |
| Returns and Cancellations | Due to the nature of the Service, we cannot accept returns or refunds after service provision has begun. However, where an individual contract provides otherwise, those terms take precedence. |
| Operating Environment | Use of the Service requires an internet connection and a compatible device. Recommended environments are provided separately on the service page. |
